Customer can cancel an order through a cancellation request, until before the order is dispatched for shipping. Refund for prepaid orders shall be processed via the same mode as payment within 10 days of cancellation.

Products ordered, can be returned through return & refund request, within 2 days of taking delivery under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong item delivered.
  • Damaged Parcel – This requires receiving Proof of Delivery (POD) to be given to the courier that is marked as “Damaged”, in case you choose to take delivery of a damaged parcel.

Delivered items may not be eligible for return or refund under below circumstances:

  • Change of mind.
  • If the item has been taken out / removed / opened from its packaging.
  • If the return request is not made within 2 days of taking delivery, with the above mentioned valid reason for return

Refund amount for prepaid orders will be processed through same mode as payment within 10 working days of receiving back the parcel. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed within 10 working days of receiving back the parcel and bank details for funds transfer via email. The decision and extent of refund (full or partial) in case of return shall be decided by the Firm based on the circumstances of return and the Firm’s decision on the matter shall be final.
